What to preserve
- The product URL and listing ID.
- User name, messages and relevant screenshots.
- Payment references, dates and transaction details.
What to do
Stop further payments or communication, contact your payment provider where applicable, and provide the preserved information to Marketplace support. For immediate danger or a suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authority.
Do not expose sensitive data
Never send passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete card credentials in a report.
