(Note: Complete credit card and payment processing data are handled securely by third-party payment processors; oddmints does not store raw payment card data).

- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, hardware specifications, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clickstream data, and system logs.
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Web beacons, local storage, and cookies to remember user sessions, track listing views, save user preferences, and serve targeted advertisements or promoted listings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- Operating the Platform: To host listings, facilitate user-to-user communication, enable search filters, and display storefronts.
- Account Management: To process account registration, verify identity, provide customer support, and process transactions for paid platform upgrades.
- Safety & Security: To monitor suspicious behavior, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, detect bootleg or prohibited goods, and secure overall site operations.
- Communication & Marketing: To send administrative emails (account confirmation, security updates) and promotional communications (newsletter updates, platform features) which you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We share information only in the following scenarios:
- Publicly Visible Data: Your username, profile badge, city/general location, active listings, item descriptions, and user feedback ratings are visible to anyone visiting the site. Do not include private phone numbers or personal addresses in public listing descriptions.
- Between Trading Counterparties: When you engage in messaging to negotiate or finalize a deal, the details you share in chat are accessible to the receiving user.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We engage trusted vendors to manage hosting, server infrastructure, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and payment processing. These vendors only access data required to perform their specific tasks and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Compliance & Safety: We reserve the right to disclose personal data to law enforcement, legal authorities, or private parties if required by law, court order, subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect against physical harm, fraud, intellectual property theft, or legal liability.

PART 2: COPYRIGHT & DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY
oddmints.com respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, brands, and trademark holders, and expects its users to do the same.
1. Reporting Intellectual Property & Copyright Infringement
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable global copyright laws, oddmints.com will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement taking place on the Platform.
If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content hosted on oddmints.com infringes upon your rights, please submit a written DMCA / IP Notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Material: The exact location of the allegedly infringing material on oddmints.com (including specific URLs and listing IDs).
- Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy & Authority: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If a listing or image you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe this action was taken due to a mistake, misidentification, or proper authorization, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing the following information:
- Identification of Removed Content: Description of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its location (URL) prior to removal.
- Your Contact Details: Your legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in the judicial district where your address is located (or the primary location of oddmints if outside the USA), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, oddmints.com will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 10–14 business days, we reserve the right to restore the removed material at our discretion.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
oddmints.com maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts found to have infringed third-party intellectual property on multiple occasions, or users who repeatedly upload counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized bootleg merchandise, will have their accounts permanently suspended and access to the Platform revoked without refund.
